One rainy evening in Gotham, several supervillains are gathered at Waylon Jones' new tavern, they have the idea of spending a quiet evening to recharge their batteries. However, Deathstroke comes here and launches a topic of conversation that will unleash passions: which of us came closest to killing Batman ? So the criminals will take turns recounting the time they came closest to killing Gotham's protector, although something else seems to be at play here...
