Synopsis

A cold wind blows over Gotham, signaling the onset of winter in the city. Bruce Wayne believes he can get some rest, as his activities can usually calm down a bit around this time, whether in his public life, or as a vigilante. However, the arrival of a properly fitted villain for that time will make Batman have to prevent a real disaster from happening, while discovering the real motivation of his actions.

Description of Ferris Boyle:

Corrupt and dirty, the founder and president of GothCorp, Wayne Enterprises' direct rival in the Gotham market, was directly involved in the accident that transformed Fries, making him unable to survive in any hot environment without the use of a special suit. For this very reason, and knowing more and more of his rottenness at the helm of the company, Mr. Freeze hopes to take revenge on him coldly. At the end of the film, Batman manages to frame him for his crimes, causing him to be arrested by Gordon & Bullock. Campbell had already had a cameo in the previous film, now returning in a slightly more important role.
