Fan Casting Batman: Gotham Votes

Oswald Copplepot runs for mayor of Gotham. Knowing that Oswald is dirty, Batman looks to finally expose him with help from DA Harvey Dent. Copplepot hires the thief known as Catwoman to frame his opponent. Bruce meets Selina Kyle and finds out she is working for Copplepot. Oswald eventually loses and goes to kill Dent but is stopped by Batman only after severely injuring Harvey. Harvey blames Batman for not protecting him and becomes Two-Face.
