19th Century. In a club, Pamela performs a sensual dance. Soon after, in the streets, she is killed by Jack the Ripper. In other part of the city, Big Bill Dust is coordinating a gang of three youngsters to steal an elderly couple, but he is stopped by Batman, who lets the boys go away.
