Story Plot
A man who was once a famed singer, experiences a downward spiral in his career. He soon comes to believe that Batman was the one to blame for his downfall, as his fight with the Ratcatcher and The Riddler ruined the concert that the man, named Jimmy, had planned. Now with his musical powers, his loyal followers and the aid of the Film Freak, a man who is perhaps a little too obsessed with cinema, the Music Meister has a score to settle.
