A cannibalistic killer, treated as a monster since childhood due to a skin condition that leaves him with a reptilian appearance, eventually transforming into a monster. Jones was for a time an attraction in a freak show where he was known as Croc, but was freed by Hush, influencing him to hunt Batman in return.
