Story Plot
Bruce Wayne has aged and passed on the mantle of Batman. Derek Powers, a former employee of Wayne Enterprises, has experimented with radiation and become the dangerous supervillain Blight. While Powers plots to take over Neo-Gotham, a young high school student named Terry McGinnis crosses paths with Bruce Wayne. Terry discovers that Derek Powers is behind his father's murder and asks Bruce to borrow the Batman mantle in order to get revenge.
