Cold Heart
Terry is living the life. He has defeat Blight and Shriek and the city has been a little safer for the past year. Until Powers is released from jail with no evidence of his crimes to keep him in. As Powers returns to his empire, his body is destroying the synthetic skin on him. A doctor proposes a body swap program, and the first test subject is Victor Fries. Not only does he need to find a new body, he is being hunted by the assassin Inque for experimenting on her for an army contact. What will happen to Fries's new body and will Terry be able to keep Gotham safe from a winter wonderland.
