Terry McGinnis has been batman beyond for some years, during that time he had old man Bruce Wayne aiding him in his adventures, but now Bruce Wayne is dead and he has left his legacy behind to terry and matt McGinnis, but when a familiar face in the red hood returns to Neo Gotham to continue an old mission terry and matt must work together to stop him, but who is under the mask, could it be Jason Todd who has been dead for years, or someone completely new, old allies will resurface to help them along with an unexpected one in Roy harper, Jason Todd's longtime best friend, terry and matt will seek answers from the head of the demon Damian Wayne, to see if the Lazarus pit is apart of this return, they will get help from some unlikely allies in the long retired now mayor of Bludhaven Dick Grayson and his wife Barbara Gordon along with retired family man Tim Drake who was once tainted by the joker in a similar way as Jason Todd even becoming the joker himself at a time. how will batman beyond and robin beyond uncover the mystery of the red hood along with the identity in this dark, gritty and futuristic batman tale.
