Almost four months have passed since the public return of Batman to the open arms of the Justice League. Bruce Wayne, having learned about a son he had with Talia al Ghul thirteen years ago named Damian, has been teaching him to be his new Robin, but has found that Damian was raised as an assassin and that would be a hard habit to break, the habit being to kill. However, after spending time with his son, both as the caped crusader and as a normal father, Bruce and Damian now must join Clark Kent and his son Jonathan, better known as Superman and Superboy, to combat the threat of Jack Luthor, the son of the long-since deceased Lex Luthor who plans on killing Superman and Superboy to avenge his father.
