After 3 years of training a young Dick Grayson can finally don the mantle of Robin, the Boy Wonder, for the first time and aid Batman in his nightly missions. This new crime fighting duo must now race to stop the biggest war Gotham has faced when two of its biggest crime bosses, The Penguin and Black Mask, decide to go to war with each other. In this war of kingpins, only one side can claim victory... but the scars it leaves will shape Gotham's future as a whole.
