City of Fear
A perfect mix of "grounded" and "fantastical", we get to see Bruce Wayne's and Dick Grayson's dynamic finally done right. Dick has been Robin a few months prior to training and he's clearly still learning in this film. Jonathan Crane is wildly fascinated with the idea of fear from the very fear he'd felt growing up and he wants to conflict it on those who he thinks deserve it, and he maybe those that don't either.
