After helping his brother, Thomas Wayne, Jr., solve the crisis on two Earths, Bruce Wayne soon learns that a creature by the name of the Man-Bat is causing chaos in Gotham City left and right, just when Halloween rolled around at last. Description of Sophia Clayde (Flashbacks):

These flashbacks show yet another part of Bruce's life before he became Batman, this time, during his teen years where he met Thomas Wayne, Jr. (who had the identity of Jason Clayde at the time) during the anniversary of the founding of Wayne Industries, in which, Bruce's grandparents invited the Clayde family to discuss how to deal with the stock deflation that was occurring with the company at the time, where Bruce and Thomas, Jr. (whom neither knew was a brother to the other) begin to form a business friendship, long before they ever confronted each other as Gotham's Dark Knights.
