Synopsis

After witnessing the death of his parents as a child, a billionaire uses his resources and training to become a masked vigilante to fight crime in the city. However, after years of dealing with evil in Gotham City, Bruce Wayne, Batman, became a bitter man, with no faith in humanity and on the verge of a mental breakdown. Now, he must deal with the threat of a Russian terrorist who is assassinating influential figures in the city.

The post-credits scene shows Batman in a dystopian future where Superman has become a despot who commands an army, who captures Batman in an ambush while he is trying to buy kryptonite. After being captured, Batman and his men are murdered by Superman.
