Young Bruce Wayne travels to the East and receives martial arts training from master Henri Ducard, a member of the mysterious League of Shadows. When Ducard reveals that the League's true purpose is the complete destruction of Gotham City, Wayne returns to his hometown intent on ridding it of criminals and murderers. Bruce assumes the persona of Batman, the Dark Knight, and has the help of the butler Alfred and the expert Lucius Fox.read more
