After his parents get shot, Bruce Wayne trained with multiple people and returns to Gotham as batman. Meanwhile a new villain emerges, clayface. Clayface frames the many people who've wronged him. after some detective work batman sees the one behind it all and after a long fight clayface accidentally falls into the water and melts away.
