A former KGB Lieutenant in the Soviet Army and a retired professional assassin. Blanca came out of retirement after being rehired by Dino to target Eiji and to force Ash to return to Golzine. Dino previously hired him to train Ash, but Blanca felt sorry for him after learning about his dark background. Because of this, he tries to be supportive and protective of Ash incognito and views him as family deep down.
