Description of Babylon The Irrational:

The star of the show, Babylon the Irrational. A man with no moral compass and a desire to kill others just like others fiend for cigarettes. He is hired into starting and ending a war for the Demaggio family. After an encounter with Artemis that left him gravely wounded, and fear that the Demaggio’s would kill him after failing to kill Vyacheslav at the promised time, he flees to France, where he meets Samsara and is introduced to the Order. Returning healthy and vengeful, he dismantles both families .
