After successfully stopping the Raven, Babylon must flee the United States to avoid being arrested by the CIA and it’s new Director, Katherine Roswell. Heading to Europe to face the Friar, Babylon realizes that the Order of the Lifedrainers has sent the most sadistic serial killer on Earth after him, Nullus, in order to kill him before he reaches France.
