After successfully stopping the Raven, Babylon must flee the United States to avoid being arrested by the CIA and it’s new Director, Katherine Roswell. Heading to Europe to face the Friar, Babylon realizes that the Order of the Lifedrainers has sent the most sadistic serial killer on Earth after him, Nullus, in order to kill him before he reaches France. Description of Samsara the Reincarnate (Emrys Mörke):

Appearing throughout the story at the beginning and at the end, Samsara is not on the run with Babylon because no one knew he was involved. He appears in France later on. He is a member of the Order, a deadly, one-eyed sniper assassin, and is covered in birthmarks, including one on the side of his head. A firm believer in reincarnation, he is someone that Babylon can trust and he was a part of the team to stop the Raven previously
