After successfully stopping the Raven, Babylon must flee the United States to avoid being arrested by the CIA and it’s new Director, Katherine Roswell. Heading to Europe to face the Friar, Babylon realizes that the Order of the Lifedrainers has sent the most sadistic serial killer on Earth after him, Nullus, in order to kill him before he reaches France. Description of CIA Director Katherine Roswell:

Following the murder of Director Johnston, Katherine Roswell is promoted to the position after her success in stopping the Raven cult. Her first order of business is to arrest any member of the cult or the Order of the Lifedrainers, and she sends operatives to track down Babylon once he flees the country. She is still conflicted with her feelings towards Babylon, but demands that he be placed under arrest and returned to the US.
