Synopsis

When the Phoenix Force approaches Earth, Jean Grey is believed to be its next host. The X-Men and the Avengers are divided on how to handle the situation. The X-Men believe that the Phoenix Force will rebirth the Mutant Species, while the Avengers believe that it will bring an end to all life on the universe. This leads to a war between Marvel's two powerful superhero factions.

Description of Colossus (Phoenix):

Colossus fights several characters, including Spider-Man, Red Hulk, and Thing. After the Phoenix Force divides, part of it bonds to Colossus, who becomes one of the Phoenix Five along with Cyclops, Emma Frost, Wolverine, and Namor. Colossus is eventually defeated when Spider-Man manages to provoke Magik into attacking Colossus, causing them to defeat each other. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colossus_(character)
