Out in the frozen North Sea, the Avengers find a block of ice containing the legendary hero, Captain America in suspended animation. While thawing the hero out, they were surprised to discover that Cap survived the years intact. Now the Avengers make him a new member of the team. When Baron Helmut Zemo, the Son of Heinrich Zemo hears of Captain America’s resurfacing, he brings his Masters Of Doom along to ensure that that comeback is short lived, and bring the rest of the Avengers down with him.
