Jack and his team had their souls devoured by the hollowfied Eminem and then turned into hollows, despite Syd,Bridge,Z,Sam,and Sky going to the soul society, Jack was sent to hell because he committed murder when he was alive and is trapped in Hell but was rescued by Ichigo.
