Fourteen months after the events of Thunderbolts* and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, the multiverse stands on the edge of collapse. As chaos spreads, the Avengers must unite with the Wakandans, the Fantastic Four, the New Avengers, and a team of “original” X-Men from another universe to confront a threat unlike any before Doctor Doom, now wielding unimaginable power from across time and space.
