Story Plot
There is a unwritten rule amongst assassins; don't steal other's kills. When the day came where Peacemaker kills one of Bloodsports targets, everything has just gone to hell in Gotham. Every assassin has been finding there kills stolen from them; causing one massive war amongst assassins.
