Officer Horton is a short talking pink donut cop doodle, he is partnered with Officer Fetchit, he is drawn and animated in a Simpsons art style, his design is inspired by the famous donut of The Simpsons, he and Officer Fetchit can be kinda compared to Sheriff Blubs and Deputy Durland from Gravity Falls, Wynchell and Duncan from Wreck It Ralph, Officer Landers and Officer Lister from Monster House, and Officer Toody and Officer Muldoon from Car 54 Where Are You.
