Anti-Life Chronicles: Chapter 2, Movie 11

Upon his return to Star City from being stranded on a deserted island, Oliver Queen is welcomed back by his father, CEO of Queen Industries Robert Queen. He becomes the vigilante Green Arrow. However, tragedy strikes when his father is murdered by Count Vertigo and Oliver is disowned by his mother. He’s forced to the streets, and his interactions with the lower classes, especially young recovering drug addict Roy Harper, radicalise him. Vertigo sends assassins after him, including the Black Canary, Dinah Lance. This backfires dramatically when Dinah and Ollie fall for each other and decide to team up against him. Vertigo has one last plan: the serial killer Onomatopoeia.
