When Batman was brutally murdered in an alleyway by a new vigilante named Red Hood. Government Official Amanda Waller assembled Batman’s greatest enemies to form the Arkham Justice League in hopes of being Gotham City’s next protectors. Their first mission was to bring down mob boss Black Mask.
