Synopsis

The world is at a standstill. Arkham and Gotham City have been decimated by The Regime of another universe, and thousands have been killed in the invasion, with many more thousands seriously injured. One of the wounded was Bruce Wayne, the Superior Batman, who is currently being hospitalized elsewhere, with Dick Grayson, also known as Nightwing, having since taken temporary control of The Regime. Clark Kent, seeing an opportunity to stand up for what's right in the wake of the disaster, begins plotting to riot against the security in Arkham Asylum, in order to take the fight directly to the government...

Description of Paxton Powers (The Joker):

In the time since the attacks on Gotham and Arkham City, Clark has begun to befriend Paxton Powers, one of Bruce Wayne's business partners who now takes on the namesake of ''the Joker'', in order to exact revenge on the Waynes for what they did to him. When the second Arkham Riot is in full swing, a large number of the resistance is defeated and detained, but Paxton is lucky and just barely escapes The Regime's troops, venturing back into Gotham's underworld to continue his plans for Batman's demise.
