The story follows Gabriel, a propaganda officer of the A.R.C.H, the Communist Party of the United States, who controls a dystopian city. Gabriel joins the A.R.C.H to escape his destructive life of gambling addiction, but feels wracked with guilt over his actions to keep the regime in power. While doing his mandatory work, Gabriel notices an anomaly in the A.R.C.H's projections and tries to investigate, but the problem disappears.
