Following his ascension to the throne of Atlantis, Arthur is now investigating a series of brutal murders of both sea life and Atlantean citizens. Can he always protect his citizens as king of Atlantis or must he accept the limitations of balancing being a superhero on the surface and the King of Atlantis below
