Fan Casting Ant-Man: Small Steps

This movie deals with Hank Pym's wife who was murdered by an enemy of her father's. Hank would wake up, feeling guilty as he was not able save her. Hank meets with the science committee and shares the idea of particles that can change the size of anything to the science research committee but he is denied and gets upset. One of the members is Vernon Van Dyne, Janet's Father. Elihas Starr, who is working for Comrade X, a Russian Agent. Hank takes the prototype and uses it on himself, and shrinks down. Starr finds out he wants to end him
