Fan Casting Story Notes Part 2 in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Small Beginnings (MCU Reimagined) (2011)

7. Characters part of this think tank will be Bill Foster, Elihas Starr,and Vernon van Dyne, who would bring Janet along with him 8. Early on there will be an attack at the Triskelion led by a thief known as Whirlwind, who was hired by AIM to steal the Tesseract and kidnap the scientists. Between him and the AIM Agents at his disposal, Ant-Man is evenly matched. This drives Janet to take an experimental suit Hank was working on with the ability to fly and fire energy stings, becoming the Wasp and helping Ant-Man stop Whirlwind 9. Due to the two making a good team, Nick Fury Sr. assigns Janet to be Hank’s partner and for the two of them to take out AIM Factories in hopes of finding their secret headquarters 10. Hank also works with the other scientists, growing an especially close bond with Elihas and Bill, who begins to help Hank perfect using the Pym Particles to grow an object and, potentially, a person 11. Throughout all this, Hank and Janet grow closer and Hank finally opens up, revealing that he’s been mourning his dead wife, Nadia, for a few years now. Janet would comfort Hank and begin to help Hank move on, it is here that he fully falls in love with her 12. Meanwhile, George Tarleton would be experimented on to help AIM take the Tesseract and become MODOK 13. Vernon would be killed in an attack by AIM led by MODOK, driving Janet to be blinded by vengeance and chase after AIM, getting captured in the process.
