Hank meets with the science committee shares the idea of particles than can change the size of anything to the science research committee but he was denied and gets upset. One of the members is Vernon Van Dyne, Janet's Father. Elihas Starr, who is working for Comrade X, a Russian Agent. Hank takes the prototype and uses it on himself, and shrink down. Starr finds out he wants to end him
