I originally suggested Seth Green, Johnny Galecki & Tom Kenny with the first 2 named for the role of Mortadelo & the last named for Phil, but I got the look of looking at your story and I thought that your cast choices for the clumsy & funny secret agent duo could be great too, that regarding an English dub for Mort and Phil.

• sleepytownjslmb22 Chapter 2: Battle of Inspector Gadget, Penny, Brain, Fidget, Digit, Gadgetmobile, G2, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, Goofy, Pluto, Oswald The Lucky Rabbit, Hortensia, Horace Horsecollar, Clarabelle Cow, Huey, Dewey and Louie and Scrooge McDuck against Doctor Claw (the man hiding behind the Doctor Claw identity is definitely Sanford Scolex), Peg Leg Pete, Professor Doomkauf Noodleman (composite character drawn from the combination of Professor Doomkauf & Professor Noodleman), Don Karnage, the Beagle Boys, Yardarm, the Fearsome Five (Negavolt, Bushroot, Quackerjack, Liquidator & Splatter Phoenix (she's made as the leader of that group instead of Negaduck (who will be present on the third next-to-last chapter, thus fulfilling the wishes of Tad Stones & Alan Zaslove of not including Negaduck as the leader of the Fearsome Five)), Taurus Bulba, Steelbeak, Brick, McKibble, Sylvester Shyster and the rest of the members of M.A.D. Objective: recover the plans for an evil satellite and prevent the coalition led by Doctor Claw and Peg Leg Pete from carrying out the first mission entrusted by the V.P.M. which aims to launch said satellite into the universe to control the minds of humans and the Duckburg residents while using an earthquake machine to provoke them in Peru as a smoke screen to cover the dangerous plan they're hatch from Macchu Picchu. This chapter is influenced by both "Inspector Gadget" (80s incarnation) & one of its spin-offs "Gadget And The Gadgetinis" plus the live action films "Inspector Gadget" (1999) [regarding the identity of Sanford Scolex being the one behind Doctor Claw" & "Inspector Gadget 2" (2003) [Inspector G2 is present] in the Inspector Gadget part, and it's well complimented by the Mickey Mouse related media, particularly the Mickey Mouse Works shorts also shown on "House Of Mouse" plus presence of Sylvester Shyster & Yardarm) and that of Oswald The Lucky Rabbit & his sweetie Hortensia and additional influence from "DuckTales" (1987-1990) thanks to the presence of Scrooge McDuck, the Beagle Boys & Launchpad McQuack and the presence of Don Karnage from "TaleSpin" and several enemies from "Darkwing Duck" now as employees of Doctor Claw & Pete will no doubt make this chapter an interesting combination of Inspector Gadget & half of the Disney universe on which Doctor Claw will be finally arrested for good.

Petrillo's henchmen will include John Edgar Hoover & Senator Joseph McCarthy. The story will take place in Munich, where our heroes will defeat the E.P.V.’s sub-unit led by Freezer, Mr. Slug, cooler & Turles in a soccer match that will be in a "Space Jam" styled form in some way, and that soccer match will take place in the FC Bayern Munich’s Allianz Arena stadium.

• sleepytownjslmb22 Chapter 4: Battle of Asterix, Obelix, Getafix, Dogmatix, Vitalstatistix, Cacofonix and all the people of the only and irreducible village of Gaul plus the Franks and the Smurfs (Papa Smurf, Smurfette, Hefty Smurf, Grumpy Smurf, Hefty Smurf, Greedy Smurf, Sassette Smurf, Hackus Smurf, Vecksy Smurf, Handy Smurf, Baby Smurf, etc.) against the decadent Western Roman Empire (which is again led by Crismus Bonus after the death of Julius Caesar and the emperors who followed him to Romulus Augustulus (the return of Crismus Bonus (who managed to survive after his exile as a result of his defeat in "Asterix the Gaul") would HYPOTHETICALLY happen between the death of Julius Nepote and the surrender of Odoacer in 493 AD)) and Gargamel. Asterix and the rest of the unique and irreducible Gallic village are informed of the latest events of the increasingly decadent Western Roman Empire as well as the arrivals of the barbarian people that are devastating said Empire, but with the presence of Gargamel as adviser and employer of the recently returned Crismus Bonus, things are about to get complicated, as Gargamel takes advantage of this to prevent the Western Roman Empire from coming to an end in AD 476. by stealing the Gauls' secret potion formula, pointing to another task entrusted by the E.P.V. without any doubt. What Gargamel, Caius Bonus and the rest of the Western Roman Empire don't know is that in addition to contacting the Franks in order to put an end to all traces of that empire (even if it is through the appropriation of their customs and the destruction of the western Roman army ), Asterix, Obelix and the rest of said Gallic village have the unexpected but well received and necessary help of the Smurfs, who, being timeless and also anticipating the advances of humanity, are also willing to stop Gargamel's feet, who intends to take advantage of the formula of that potion to hunt down the Smurfs in case they get in his way.
