Empire, they will team up to kill many zombies, some clones and survivors (Chara, Frisk, Doomer, RK800) don’t trust P.E.E,, so these people who don’t trust them form a rebellion, if PEE backstabs TSAF (The Secret Agent Foundation), the zombies will be least of everyone’s problems and the rebellion is the last stand against PEE
