Synopsis

Alpha Flight are a Canadian team of superheroes, most of whom have superhuman powers and some were mutants, which was organized under the auspices of the Canadian government's Department H. They will have to do battle with former allies and old enemies as they go head to head with Omega Flight.

Description of Wild Child (Kyle Gibney (Villian)):

When Kyle Gibney's mutant powers began to emerge at an early age, he was left with a freakish appearance. Horrified, his parents kicked him out of his home, and he was left wandering the streets. Eventually found by the subversive organization, the Secret Empire, Gibney was experimented upon in their attempts to create a perfect killing machine.
