Arnold is a tourist in Algeria who doesn't have the money to come home. Another tourist named Jeff offers him to pay his ticket if he gives him something in return. Arnold finds an old lamp and gives it to Jeff, and starts to brush it with his finger. Jeff picks the lamp and brushes it too, saying it's of his, and a giant genie comes out...
