After graduating from MIT and return to New York, Flash Thompson feels like he can do something else. Meanwhile, on another place, an kind of alien substance (an symbiont) is found and it's translated to the U.S.A, so they can create a soldier to defend the nation. Without another option and feeling somewhat useless, Flash Thompson decides to join to the program and the symbiont goes inside him. To avoid the symbiont takes control, Thompson is injected with a drug that control the symbiont for 48 hours. Now, as Agent Venom, Flash Thompson gets abilities similar to Spiderman, but he needs to care for avoid to hurt anyone. So, he will fight a lot of criminals. Including the villain, Coldheart. Meanwhile, The FBI agent, Jimmy Woo, is sent to investigate something that they consider like "illegal experiments". So, with Darcy Lewis and Derek Khanata, he will investigate this stuff closely.
