Tom Phillips is a normal boy and he's just arrived at Los Diablos, the most delirious and ironic city of the West Coast. He trasfered from Mountanna and decided to open a incredible business from his own. With a little help from his friends in the city, he will become more powerful than every super billionaire in the world and he'll accumulate more money than he can possibly spend. But in this path of glory and money, he will face a lot of enemies who want to destroy him. And he must face them.
