Synopsis

Bruce Wayne returns to Gotham for the first time in years after preparing himself to rid the city of corruption. He focuses on restoring his families company reputation and ridding the city of crime starting with the Mob. The city is currently run by corrupt politicians, the rich and organised crime and Bruce turns his focus on the Falcone and Maroni crime families.

Description of Harvey Bullock:

Having been a Detective in Gotham for years, Bullock knows what the real Gotham is like, though Gordon's good nature has had an effect on him over their years as partners resulting in a more positive outlook on the change they can make together. Bullock has a long standing friendship with Carmine Falcone and so has the opinion that going after Falcone would be pointless, saying that he holds too much power in the city for Gordon to do anything.
