Synopsis

A musical written entirely by, and starring, a kid named Sam. The musical is about how a self-insert character, named Sam, is one sane guy in a world that is quickly becoming delusional. Sam makes it his quest to preach sanity to the world around him. While performing the musical, Sam (actor/writer Sam, not character Sam) annoys his fellow actors with his ego and superiority complex, and by taking advantage of his love interest's actor on stage. The actors go on strike, leaving a panicked Sam to pretend everything is going as planned and attempt to finish the show by himself at the end.

This person was cast to be the romantic interest to the lead. This is someone who is happy to perform onstage, as it is their passion, but they form a rebellion against the main character after nobody can take his arrogance anymore. Could this character (and everybody else, for that matter) just quit the show on the spot? Technically yes, but as they say: "The Show Must Go On."
