A Nightmare on Elm Street is a 2024 Remake of the 1984 American supernatural slasher film written by Wesley Strick and directed by Trey Edward Schults also produced by Bradley Fuller. It is the first installment in A Nightmare on Elm Street Remake stars Katherine Langford, Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, Richard Brake as Freddy Krueger, and Timothee Chalamet. The film's plot concerns a group of teenagers who are targeted by Krueger, an undead child killer who can murder people through their dreams, as retribution against their parents who burned him alive.
