A Stolen Emerald, A Revenge Plot, and A Neighborhood Takeover Plan - Three things that lead to what Avicenna called "The Good Neighborhood's Act" - Or basically a planned heist to takedown the corrupt neighboring city's mayor - Victor Feng. It's all started from a botched assassination plot that turn Kaylynn Langerak to be his partner-in-crime. From there, they laid a plan to not only steal the emerald that stolen from Newcrest's City Hall, but also taking down the hidden power behind Feng's government in San Francisco.
