A Dormitory Full of Ghosts (and one living guy!)

I was bored. This was the best poster that I could find.

Tom Jenkins, an American dude who's been living in Japan for a long time, is evicted from his apartment after discovering that his landlord was in charge of a massive drug-dealing operation. After being on the streets for a while, he's given a hand and helped by Yuki Suzuki, who Tom shortly falls for. Yuki brings Tom into his new home: her dormitory, and he meets her dormmates who all have very different reactions towards him; some sweet and understanding, some not so much. But soon, Tom has to deal with reuniting with a childhood friend, fighting off a delinquent gang trying to take the dorm for themselves, his dormmates hiding a dark secret, and diving head-first into a new relationship.
