Years after the previous 3 ninjas saga an older Rocky Douglas has moved his family :wife,1 biological son,1 adopted daughter and 1 adopted son) to his grandfathers dessert where Grandfather Mori Tanaka' trained him and his brothers to become ninjas where Rocky now trains his 3 kids to become ninjas after a team of dangerous gangsters kidnap his brothers
