A group of misguided animal rights activists free a caged chimp infected with the "Rage" virus from a medical research lab. When Stilport bike courier Jared (Kerr Smith) wakes up from a coma a month after, he finds his city all but deserted. On the run from the zombie-like victims of the Rage, Jared stumbles upon a group of survivors, including Sawyer (Anika Noni Rose) and cab driver Finn (Mark Hamill), and joins them on a perilous journey to what he hopes will be safety.read more

Description of Priest:

This man was the priest of a church in Stilport, and, judging by the scrawlings on his church's walls, a religious fanatic. He was infected during the Original Outbreak of the Rage Virus, and locked in a room in his church. When Jared entered the church and alerted the Infected inhabiting it, the priest broke out of the room and attacked Jared, forcing the latter to use a bag filled with soda cans to beat him to the floor. The priest most likely died of starvation with most of the other Infected within the next five weeks.
