1960s Civil Rights era. Due to nuclear advancements, radiation has played a factor in the evolution and growth of mutations across the planet earth. An "Evil" mutant and his Brotherhood have devised a plan to assault a United States military base for a mysterious objective. A teenage team is recruited and trained by a powerful senior mutant under the watchful eye and funding of a secret U.S. government agency.
