Louie, suspicious about "Frank" 's behavior, calls for a meeting with Wheelz, Meghan and Pookie, saying he's not sure if the man who's ruling the gang right now is the Frank they've always known. The three friends laugh at Louie's suspicions, calling him "weird" and "crazy". While they keep laughing, Louie's disappointment becomes horror when he notices the shadow of Chin-Chin (Joji Miller) covering half of "Frank" 's face... Cut to a black screen.
